Here at CK Therapy the core of the practice is safety, empathy and establishing trust. To do this, we will always work at your pace, try to ensure you feel safe, comfortable and able to share your thoughts. We will work with whatever it is that you feel you want or need to bring to the therapy room. And everything you do bring will always be met with a non judgemental ear.
We have a team of therapists with various skills and approaches but we also recognise between us we may still not be the right person for you; we will support you to find what you’re looking for.
