It’s important to recognise , remember and talk about how mental health is just as important as our physical health! The two cannot be separated. I wonder how many can answer how we practice daily mental health care ? when we can all answer how we practice daily physical health care even by brushing our teeth twice a day. ![]() Self care is so important, now more than ever! It sounds simple but it can be really hard to practice. Self care is often misconstrued as selfish. However, we must remember looking after ourselves is the best way to help others; An easy way to think about this is by thinking of the plane and oxygen mask analogy. I.e To help others we must be able to breath first. And its the same with our mental health. Being Kind to ourselves can be really hard; start small....
