Self compassion reminder...

It’s so easy to forget and not challenge your inner critic. It’s never too late to learn compassionate thinking. 

One quick question to help start this process ; ask yourself “would you say the same things to a friend that you would say to yourself?”. If the answers no ; how would you talk to your friend ? Do you not deserve that same compassion and kindness?
