Mental health doesn’t discriminate ! You can struggle with your mental health even if... 1. You have a good relationship with your parents. 2. You have a good job with financial stability. 3. You practice gratitude. 4. You have a healthy romantic relationship. 5. No one notices you’re struggling. 6. You are a child or teenager. 7. You feel you should be happy. 8. There is no apparent reason for you to struggle. 9. You have an active social life.
