I would like to thank this client for their kind and deeply moving thoughts and words on their experience with myself in therapy. It was and is always an honour to be alongside theirs and anyones journey in therapy.
So often humour gets missed from the therapy experience but it can be just as healing! As they address the journey can encompass everything from fear to humour. And I hope everyone gets the voice of compassion and healing at the end of the therapy process.
