Starting therapy can be really nerve wracking especially as there is still stigma around going. It’s important to recognise , remember and talk about how mental health is just as important as our physical health! The two cannot be separated. I wonder how many can answer how we practice daily mental health care ? when we can all answer how we practice daily physical health care even by brushing our teeth twice a day.
