We’ve been loving this little self-care app called Finch and wanted to share it with you.
It’s kind of like a modern Tamagotchi. You look after yourself and your Finch grows alongside you as a result. Gentle, encouraging and helpful alongside therapy. It’s a free app. You can set small, manageable goals, share any diagnoses if you want, and the app adapts support gently. There are also tools like soundscapes, grounding techniques and journalling. It helps you notice patterns by tracking moods in a really simple, non-overwhelming. If you’re looking for something kind, low-pressure, and supportive, especially on days when motivation feels hard, we can’t recommend it enough.
