Eating Disorders Awareness Week. 1st - 7th March
Binge eating disorder will affect 1 in 50 of us in our lifetime. it is the most common but least understood. It isn’t about being greedy or lacking in willpower, but a serious mental illness which many suffer with alone, often with the fear of how others might react the reason they don’t reach out for help.
In March, during Eating Disorders Awareness Week you can start to help change that.
