Ck Therapy thoughtful reflections.
There’s a quiet kind of sadness we often hear in therapy. The feeling of falling behind, of not “winning” at life, of somehow missing the mark. So many people carry the belief that they should be further ahead, doing more, achieving more, keeping up. But whose race is that, really? In therapy, we may explore what success actually means to you. Not what has been expected of you or measured by others, but what feels right for you in your own life. We also look at pace. Growth is not linear and it is not a competition. Some seasons are for moving forward, others for pausing or healing. . We would support you in finding your own pace / voice. There is no race. Just your pace, your path, and a version of success that is yours to define. #yourpace #yourversion #itsokaytotaketime#psychotherapy #meaningfulthoughts See less
