CK Therapy : thoughtful reflections
Don’t forget to add yourself to your own to do list. We’re often so focused on productivity, appointments, and responsibilities that we forget to check in with the person carrying it all - you. You are not a task to complete - but you do need care, too. Let your wellbeing be part of the plan, not just the background. Explore what it would feel like to check in have I forgotten myself today? Example prompts might include ; Have I eaten? • Have I spoken kindly to myself today? • Have I rested?? • Have I done something that brings me joy?
