Family Therapy Sessions for Autistic Individuals and Their Families
These sessions are designed to support autistic individuals, whether children, teenagers, or adults who may face challenges in understanding or being understood by their families or partners. The focus is on the individual, while including family members or partners to improve mutual understanding and strengthen relationships.
While these sessions are particularly helpful for autistic individuals, they are open to anyone, including families or partners looking to enhance communication and connection.

- Session Price: £70.00 for 50 minutes.
- Individual Therapy: After a period of family therapy, individuals can continue one-on-one sessions at £65.00 per 50 minutes.
- Flexibility: Sessions can be offered as a one-off consultation or as a series of ongoing sessions, depending on your needs. (Open to new and existing clients)
While these sessions are particularly helpful for autistic individuals, they are open to anyone, including families or partners looking to enhance communication and connection.
